The person
behind the
practice.

I came to experience strategy through an unconventional path — fine art, yoga, entrepreneurship, and a decade of facilitating rooms where something real needed to shift. Each chapter sharpened a different part of how I see and work.

  • Ten years of teaching sharpened how I read a room, meet people where they are, and create conditions where something real can shift. That instinct shows up in every workshop I run and through my ethnographic research approach.

  • My husband and I built Griffin's from scratch. I defined the business model, creative direction, and content strategy. It's the most honest education in what makes an experience actually connect.

  • The most important thing I do. It keeps everything honest.
